3 quart/2.8 litre enameled cast iron pot with lid
- Cast iron construction retains heat with porcelain enameled interior
- Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic or induction stove tops. Always use a low-medium heat setting. For boiling water, medium-high is sufficient.
- Oven use: Pan is oven safe to 500F.
- Cleaning: Allow pan to cool slightly, then let soak with warm water and dish detergent. Do not plunge a hot pan into water because it may damage the enamel. Use a sponge or soft cloth to clean; do not use steel wool or other abrasive material because it may damage the enamel
