Make fresh home-made butter with this Kilner churn

  • Pour whipping cream into jar and turn the handle
  • Makes 1/2 cup butter per 300ml of whipping cream

Link below uses 300ml container of whipping cream. Personal experience: Using a typical 500ml container, 20 minutes later whipping cream had fully separated into butter and buttermilk. Pour off the buttermilk to be used in some other recipe.
