Healthy oil free potato chips! Use regular or sweet potatoes
- Slice potatoes into thin 1mm slices using a mandolin. (also available to loan out)
- Place slices on a paper towel. Blot tops with additional paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Sprinkle with salt
- Arrange slices in a single layer on both trays. Do not overlap.
- Stack trays and place in center of microwave.
- Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Check for crispness. If not crisp, microwave another 30 seconds.
- All microwaves are different and cooking time may vary.
