Kitchen mandoline for quickly and uniformly cutting firm fruits and vegetables into thin, bite-size slices and strips (julienne).

  • No need to insert blades, simply turn knob and choose desired cut
  • Slices 1/8", 1/4" and 3/8"
  • Julienne (like a french fries)  3/8" and 1/8"
